Casting lines
- 2 resin sand casting production lines.
- 4 coated sand casting lines.
- Weight of a single casting can reach 20 tons.
- Direct Reading Spectrum Analyzer is used for the component inspection before the furnace, which can effectively guarantee component detection and casting quality.
- The company has an annual output of 10,000 tons of casting capacity, and can produce a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metal materials, such as gray iron, ductile iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, hard nickel, high chromium and other metals.
Heat treatment
- We have 8 heat treatment furnaces that can heat 30 tons of parts per day.
Machining
- Machining Workshop has more than 40 metal cutting machine tools.
Test
- the company has an indoor high-voltage testing pump station and the low-voltage testing pump station, which ensure that the pump performance is 100% qualified before leaving the factory; the company has various advanced machining and digital control equipment, and has the ability to perform dynamic balance tests on large rotating spare parts, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the products.
